Peggie has worked in the legal field for almost 33 years, 10 of which were directly with Ms. Quinn towards the beginning of Peggie’s career. Peggie works with Ms. Quinn as her litigation paralegal on personal injury matters including auto accidents, premises liability cases, daycare cases, particular medical malpractice matters, as well as employment and civil rights matters.

She has had prior experience over the course of her career in many areas of law including workers’ compensation, employment, adoption/A.R.T. matters, complex litigation, personal injury including medical malpractice, and legal malpractice matters.

Peggie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a paralegal member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. In her spare time, Peggie enjoys playing the piano, hiking/backpacking, kayaking, and spending time with her main squeeze!

Merry has worked in the legal field for over 25 years. She began her career in New York, and has continued her journey in law since her move to Virginia in 2002. She has worked in various areas of law such as foreclosures, corporate law, worker’s compensation and medical malpractice. However, she has found her true passion assisting Ms. Quinn helping families come together. Merry graduated Magna Cum Laude from J. Sargant Reynolds with an AS in Paralegal Studies. Outside of work, Merry enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs (Ruger &
Finn), crafting and baking.

Alexis works at Quinn Law Centers as the Intake Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. She supports Ms. Quinn, Francesca, and her Paralegals by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing client communications, and initial consultations. She contributes significantly to the attorneys’ success by fostering positive client relationships and streamlining office operations. She takes pride in her attention to detail, commitment to maintaining confidentiality, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism for all clients.

Alexis graduated with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Business from Virginia
Commonwealth University. Alexis is a full-time mom to her 5-year-old son and spends all her free time chasing him around and building Lego cars.

Lauren is a second-year law student at the University of Richmond and is particularly interested in family formation, estate planning, and family law in general.

She is originally from Idaho where she graduated from Boise State University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Certificate in Conflict Management. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her dog, exploring Richmond, and finding great new restaurants to try!
