Peggie has worked as a litigation paralegal for 26 years, 10 of which were directly with Ms. Quinn at the beginning of Peggie’s career. Peggie works on personal injury and employment matters and has had prior experience with medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and complex litigation matters. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and a paralegal member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.

Nan Arthur is a Paralegal for Colleen M. Quinn and Mary G. McLaurin on adoption and surrogacy matters. Prior to joining Quinn, Nan worked as an employee benefits paralegal for over 25 years with Williams Mullen, LeClair Ryan, and Tax Counsel, Ltd. She is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College with a B.A. in Economics.
