Lawline’s Top Women Faculty of 2021

Quinn Law Centers’ founder and director Colleen M. Quinn is proud to have been selected for the first time as one of Lawline’s top women faculty of 2021. Lawline, a leading online provider of continuing legal education for attorneys, recognized Colleen for her popular course presentations focusing on gender identity and sexual orientation, LGBTQ cultural competencies and adoptions, and surrogacy law.

In 2021 alone, Colleen presented 12 courses with Lawline, earning a total of 15,000+ views to date. Course participants described her as being “really passionate about the issues” and “very knowledgeable” about the practice areas she covers.

Colleen, honored as a 2021 Fellow of the Virginia Law Foundation and named by U.S. News and World Report as one of “The Best Lawyers In America”, joins 37 other experts on the list of top women faculty.

“I am so happy to be part of this year’s recognized group!” she said. “Thank you, Lawline, for these amazing women and the recognition you provide — plus the opportunities that you provide for presenting!”

Lawline said the women on the list taught some of its most-watched and highest-rated programs produced in 2021 and praised the faculty for “skillfully sharing their skills and expertise with the rest of the community and making an impact on the legal profession at large,” while keeping pace with a rapidly changing legal landscape.

Lawline presents more than 1,700 courses in 60 practice areas, taught by close to 1,400 faculty. The service provides continuing legal education to 160,000 attorneys and other legal professionals.
