Francesca earned her J.D. from William & Mary Law School in 2023 and her B.A. in History and Hispanic Studies, also from William & Mary, in 2019. During law school, she was a Legal Practice Program Fellow and served as a Notes Editor for the William & Mary Law Review. Her Note, which appears in Volume 64 of the Law Review, advocates for the use of the best interests of the child standard in the context of providing mental health care for detained unaccompanied minors.
Francesca was previously a part-time contractor and an intern at Quinn Law Centers. Her other legal experience includes internships in immigration and special education law. Outside of the legal field, Francesca has worked as a reading and writing tutor, mainly for high school students preparing to apply to college.
In her free time, Francesca enjoys photography, and she can often be found taking her camera along as she visits various natural and historical locations.
